Rates
- Free shipping on orders over $149.
- $14.99 flat rate on orders $149 and under.
Carrier and Method
All orders ship via UPS Ground. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order leaves our warehouse.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to:
- The Continental United States (lower 48 states)
- APO and FPO military addresses
We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.
Cold Weather Holds
Hand sanitizer can be damaged by freezing temperatures during transit. To protect product quality, we will delay shipment when extreme cold weather along the shipping route is likely to damage the product.
If your order is placed on hold for weather, we'll notify you by email and ship as soon as conditions allow. You may cancel a weather-held order at any time before it ships for a full refund by emailing marketing@prefense.com.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within a reasonable time after the carrier marks it delivered, contact us within 14 days at marketing@prefense.com and we'll make it right.
