Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your Prefense purchase. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.
30-Day Return Window
You may return eligible products within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund of the product price.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unopened and in their original, sealed packaging.
- In the same condition you received them.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Opened or used products are not eligible for return for hygiene and safety reasons.
Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect — in which case Prefense will cover return shipping and send a prepaid label.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your product arrives defective or damaged in transit, contact us within 14 days of delivery at marketing@prefense.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
How to Start a Return
- Email marketing@prefense.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return.
- We'll reply with return instructions and the return address.
- Pack the items securely in their original packaging and ship them using a trackable method.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll process your refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used products
- Items missing original packaging or labels
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Free gifts or promotional items
